Kilora Monthly and Kilora Yearly are billed through Apple. To change or cancel, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Kilora cannot cancel an App Store subscription for you.
In the app: Profile (or the paywall) → Delete account → type DELETE. Deleting Kilora does not cancel an App Store subscription.
